At PLEASURES, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
